Valence Technology Inc Appoints Randall Adleman as VP of Sales
Valence Technology, Inc. informed about the appointment of Randall Adleman as its new vice president of sales and marketing. The appointment is effective on March 1, 2010. Mr. Adleman will be responsible for leading the company’s global sales and marketing teams that target all five Valence Technology markets. The markets include Automotive, Stationary, Industrial, Military and Marine. He will report to Robert Kanode, Valence’s president and chief executive officer.

Valence Technology, Inc. (Valence) is engaged in developing, producing and selling high-energy power systems utilizing the phosphate-based lithium-ion technology. In March 2009, the Company introduced a new revision of U-Charge, the third generation of Lithium Iron Magnesium Phosphate Energy Storage Systems. U-Charge features the lithium phosphate technology, which utilizes a phosphate-based cathode material. U-Charge lithium phosphate energy storage systems address the safety and limited life weaknesses of other lithium technologies.
