MTN Government Services Gets FCSA Contract



MTN Government Services (MTNGS), a subsidiary of MTN Satellite Communications (MTN), the global provider of communications, connectivity, and content services to remote locations around the world, today announced it has been added to the Future Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) Services Acquisition (FCSA) contract under the new section of the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule 70 vehicle.

 

 

This $5 billion, 10-year GSA and Defense Information Services Agency (DISA) joint-contract vehicle was developed to simplify the process of establishing U.S. government contracts with the commercial satellite industry.

Vizada Granted GSA Schedule Schedule 70 Future COMSATCOM Services Acquisition Contract

CMSAF considers need for strengthened resiliency at symposium



2/18/2011 – ORLANDO (AFNS) – The Air Force’s senior enlisted leader discussed the importance of resiliency and its impact to the service Feb. 17 here during the Air Force Association’s Air Warfare Symposium and Technology Exposition.

 

 

Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force James A. Roy spoke candidly about the repercussions of a force that fails to foster a culture of resiliency, referencing hot-button issues such as alcohol-related and ground-safety incidents, spousal and child abuse, sexual assault and suicide.
