Armatec eyes $1B Canadian military contract
Armatec has struck a deal with iconic global industrial giant Mercedes Benz to bid on a $1.1 billion Canadian military contract.

And there’s a lot on the line, including the potential for significant job growth for Armatec.
The Dorchester-based maker of military armour will see business double if it wins the deal, pushing it into the big leagues of military suppliers and positioning it to bid on even bigger projects, said Karl Pfister, chief executive of Armatec.
